I enjoy leading and mentoring design squads, shaping team ways of working, and delivering projects from discovery through implementation. I'm passionate on creating scalable design solutions through design vision, thoughtful backlogs, and design systems and component libraries. I also bring a foundation in branding and visual design, with experience across integrated campaigns, brand identity, illustration, motion, and print.

Over the past 11 years, I’ve worked across agencies, consultancies, startups, and large organizations.Outside of work, I snowboard and longboard, I’m a Carolina Panthers and Buffalo Bills fan, and I enjoy designing and building my own furniture.
